- WR Greg Jenkins hauled in a sideline pass from QB Matt McGloin and was able to drag his feet before he fell out of bounds.
- WR Denarius Moore had several nice grabs on the afternoon, but his best of the day was a leaping pass he corralled from QB Derek Carr.
- LB Sio Moore, while playing tight coverage on Mychal Rivera, stepped in and batted away a pass thrown by Carr.
- QB Matt Schaub threw a long ball down the sideline into the leaping arms of FB Marcel Reece who secured possession before going out of bounds.
- S Jonathan Dowling nearly picked off Derek Carr, when he made an aggressive play on the ball, but he was unable to control the pass and it bounced off his chest.
- On the final play of practice, Carr bought himself time in the pocket before eventually scampering 15 yards into the end zone for the score.
