Veteran Chanel has been named Raiderette of the Week for 2013 Preseason Week 1. She was featured in the Raiders Gameday magazine and honored during the Raiders 19-17 win over the Dallas Cowboys.
"One of my favorite Raiders moments was making it back on the team after taking a year off to pursue my education.
"Coming back to audition for the team was a lot more nerve-racking the second time knowing what the next year could entail and how much I could potentially miss out on.
"Thankfully I made the team and will be joining my sisters on the field for another year with the Raiderettes!"
