Rookie Raiderette Jen was selected as Raiderette of the Week for 2012 Regular Season Week 1.
"My favorite Raiders moment was when I attended my first game in Oakland last year. It was the game against the Cleveland Browns.
"As I looked around the Coliseum, the fans were decked head to toe in Raiders accoutrement wearing their team loud and proud. The noise was continuous, filled with chants and yells that were so loud it made for a thumping bass felt within my body.
"I watched from above as my friend, Melissa shook her metallic silver poms down on the field alongside her teammates. I remember thinking how incredible it would be to dance next to her, cheering proud for the silver and black and being part of the Raider Nation.
