Jackson played in 30 games at Glenville State. In 2010, Jackson caught one pass for 14 yards and a TD. He was also named First Team All-American by the AFCA Coaches and First Team of the 2012 D2Football.com All-American Team.

Johnson-Webb played in 40 games at Alabama A&M and started all 11 games as a senior in 2012. His offensive line only allowed 18 sacks on the year and helped the offense rush for over 1,600 yards. Johnson-Webb was the first Alabama A&M player to ever be invited to the NFL Combine.

Pugh helped the offense set school records including 6,188 yards of total offense.
