Oakland Raiders Training Camp 2017 is nearly upon us, and a group of players have arrived in Napa, Calif., to participate in the team's pre-camp training. Sunday afternoon, rookies, quarterbacks, and a select group of players all touched down at the team's Napa Valley Training Complex in advance of the four-day session. The veteran players don't report until Friday, but in their absence the members of the team already in attendance will have plenty to do.

Under the sun and clear blue skies of beautiful Napa Valley, players laced up their cleats, and stepped onto the freshly-cut field Monday morning for some conditioning; which will be followed up by on-field drills later in the day. For the next few weeks, the Silver and Black will ramp up their preparation for the preseason, and ultimately the 2017 regular season campaign.

The team has garnered a lot of attention recently, due to several offseason acquisitions, and a young core ready to compete for another shot in the postseason. While a lot of eyes around the NFL universe are honed in on the Raiders, Head Coach Jack Del Rio is making sure the team tunes out all the noise and comes in each day ready to work.

The first official practice of Training Camp 2017 is scheduled for Saturday, July 29, and the Silver and Black will open the preseason on the road against the Arizona Cardinals two weeks later on August 12.

As we get deeper into camp, and watch the team strap the pads on, follow along with Raiders.com for all things Silver and Black. You can also receive updates via the Raiders Mobile App, or follow along with all the action on Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat (raidersofficial).
